Given the ongoing concerns of COVID-19, we wanted to share a few updates on precautions we are taking. The health and wellness of our patients and employees is our first priority. Your team at Audio Help is here and working to ensure you receive the care you need in a timely manner. We are increasing our vigilance in the offices, and are offering remote care, house calls, phone, and video conferencing appointment. Please chat, or call the office for assistance.

In The Office

In addition to thoroughly cleaning our office space throughout the day, we are requiring temperature checks, providing touchless hand sanitizer and tissues as well as encouraging regular hand washing for our staff and patients. If you are feeling ill, we advise you to please stay home.

Steps to Prevent Illness

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Wear a mask over your nose and mouth when out in public
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Stay home when you are sick

Maintaining Your Hearing Health

We are also ready to answer any questions that you may have related to your hearing care that may save you the trip of coming in. Our audiologists are available for phone consultations as well as video consultations. Additionally, we are also able to provide in-home concierge services.

Please keep in mind, at this time it is crucial that we manage our schedules to ensure additional time in between patients for safety and sanitizing reasons. We ask that all patients schedule an appointment before coming to the office, and to please be prompt, so as not to crowd the waiting room.

Until further notice, walk-in appointments will not be available.
