Audiologist recommended Refurbished hearing aids as a cost saving. I was interested. When checking on Google and the manufacturer's website, the Audiologist price was MORE than the cost of brand new hearing aids. ?? I left.

Dr. Weber is amazing. She has the newest equipment and technology. She went over my results with me in detail, showing me charts on her computer and going over my options.

Be warned this practice will commit insurance fraud and file dishonest insurance claims. They filed a $15,000 “upgrade fee” on my hearing devices that did not match that price.
After dodging my calls for months (past the window to receive a full refund), Nicole Simmons, their head of billing very rudely dismissed all my concerns about the claim and insisted this was ‘standard practice.’ As a lifelong hearing aid wearer who has purchased multiple pairs of hearing aids, I can attest that this is not standard practice. Though I initially had a positive experience with my audiologist, she also turned the other way when I raised concerns about the fraudulent billing and pretended not to understand what their billing department was doing. I ended up paying 100% out of pocket for hearing aids my insurance would have covered. Representatives from my insurance even confirmed that they would have refunded me the majority of the cost of my hearing aids had it not been for the fraudulent fee I was billed for. Unfortunately my insurance wasn’t able to help revise the claim because only the provider can do that.
With the majority of their patients being disabled and/or elderly, it is incredibly sinister and vile that they are taking advantage of the vulnerable. My hearing devices are necessities for me to function in my daily life given my disability, it is absolutely disgusting that a healthcare provider would take that as an opportunity for an illegal cash grab.
My appointment resulted in a thorough and efficient examination of my hearing aids and of the current state of my hearing. I was treated with respect and a high standard of professionalism.

I ah the CamoVets come to my house on January 15 to remove a very large couch and loveseat.
They arrived on time, were personable and engaging with my wife and I while doing their work.
They were very efficient and extremely careful on the removal of everything they took.

Had a broken wire in a Widex hearing aid with no nub sticking out. Dr. Weber tried getting extracting it multiple ways but there was not enough protruding for the end of the broken wire to be removed. Given her heroic efforts I am convinced I now need to send it back to Widex which I was not convinced of after I went earlier to an audiologist with fewer repair credentials.

Dr. Bravo brings his superb knowledge and expertise as to what hearing devices are available and what their different features are to bear in his consultations and evaluations with his patients. I am further updating my previous reviews. Since the situation detailed below occurred, Audio Help Hearing Centers did work to rectify the situation; over-nighting the $3,000 that was due me. They also promised to improve the administrative side of their operation to truly put the CARE in patient care. As always my audiologist was concerned and wanted to be sure that I was taken care of both audiology-wise and in receiving my insurance reimbursement.
I am editing the previously submitted review because of the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I am currently going through. When I purchased my hearing aids on 5/15/25 (a $7,500 outlay) I was told that Audio Help Hearing Centers (AHHC) will submit the insurance forms. When I failed to receive anything, I called AHHC's Chelsea Village office on 7/11/25. I had to leave a voice message. On 7/15/25, after NOT receiving a callback I called the office again and after 25 minutes on hold got returned to a dial tone! I then called back and somehow got transferred to a gentleman who said he only schedules appointments, but suggested I contact the billing person and he provided her phone number. I called her, and par for this practice's course, never received a call back. On 7/17/25 I called once again and got automatically to the gentleman who makes appointments. I asked to speak to Dr. Bravo, owner of the multi-site practice. As you might expect I never received a call back. This goes to show how concerned the head of the practice is in rectifying a major issue in his practice that affects patients. It is for this reason that I AMENDED MY ORIGINAL REVIEW TO WARN CURRENT AND FUTURE PATIENTS. This was my original review: Both the receptionist and Dr. Naim were both professional and personable. Dr. Naim took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to deal with my hearing situation. I could not expect better care. This review had been posted previously, but I have since had additional appointments and want to confirm what the original post stated: The level of patient concern continued to be A+ and I am confident that my hearing situation has improved because of this. OF COURSE, WHAT GOOD IS A TOP NOTCH AUDIOLOGIST IF SHE IS ENCASED IN AN OFFICE THAT IS UNRESPONSIVE TO IT'S PATIENTS NEEDS! AT THIS TIME I HAVE TO GIVE AHHC'S A SOLID "F."

Dr. Naim really took time to understand my concerns and where I was coming from in asking for a hearing test. She took time to get my work background with regards to the noise situation at work, and what I was concerned about regarding possible hearing loss. The fact that she understood what I meant when I said "I am having trouble hearing overtones" meant a great deal to me. After the exam, she explained where I was at and what spectrum of hearing I was missing. In addition to that Dr. Naim also took time to explain what solutions there are for my particular situation and the avenues of actions I could proceed with. Dr. Naim gave me information so I could make a choice based on what I need and what works for me rather than give a cookie cutter solution based on age and environment. Dr. Nami is definitely a person who understands a patient can make decisions and can understand the physics and biology of hearing.
Dr Naim was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the best option for me. She was accommodating in setting up a schedule for learning how to best utilize my new hearing aids and making any necessary adjustments. The staff members were friendly and supportive.
Dr. Bravo is by far the best Ear doctor I been to and was able to help me in many ways possible. 10/10 recommend anybody who needs their ears waxed removed (to an extent) and audio testing. Front desk receptionist is lovely too, always have a smile on their face and welcoming.
Great experience with Dr. Bravo, and exceptionally friendly service with Kasey in reception. Dr. Bravo was very good at walking me through the hearing test process, and breaking down the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Although this audio center on 14th street is 50 miles away from where i live, i have not changed to one closer because Ive always been pleased with the professional work here. Ariella has been great, and i don’t plan to leave for another center.. Thank you Ariella for your good work…see you soon!

I am filled with nothing but gratitude for my second experience with Dr. Ariella Naim. I met with Dr. Naim in 2019 with concerns and she was as another reviewer stated, exemplary.
Not only was Dr. Naim extremely kind and caring, but perhaps most importantly of all, extremely professional and communicative.
Because of this, I sought her out again for an updated assessment even though she had moved. Her office accommodated scheduling me in as soon as possible. As usual, I was met with punctuality, kindness and Dr. Naim explained every part of the exam as we moved through it. All questions were answered thoroughly without any haste.
Dr. Naim sent me my written report in record time - and both myself and my job thank her for that! Dr. Naim’s thorough reporting demonstrates her vast understanding of her field.

I got to know about Audio Help Center through a letter I received for a free hearing test. I met Dr. Ariella Naim in 2023 and returned in 2024. The testing was done with great care and a clear explanation was given of the results of the tests. Several times I was asked if I had any questions. However, being that she explained step-by-step what she was doing next and why, I only had 2 questions. From the first time I met Dr. Naim, I was hoping that at my next appointment she would be still present at the 14th Street office, and she was. Also, the receptionist I met in 2023 and 2024 are sweet, understanding, and patient. I highly recommend the Audiohelp Help Hearing Center at 14th Street. They are the best. From the person that greats you to the Doctor who does the test.

I had my first hearing examination and hearing aids from Audio Help. I bought a premium set of HAs with all the blue tooth hardware (excellent). It is now two years and i have only positive things to say about the whole experience with AH.
I have visited both their offices in Manhattan and both are staffed with profession people, and all have a great 'bedside manner'.What I really appreciate is their willingness to see me on short notice. This is the difference between a premium establishment and COSTCO - not that the latter is a poor choice, but they are not that accessible when you want them.
Although I very very rarely write public reviews, the quality of my interactions with Dr. Ariella Naim (my audiologist) at Audio Help Hearing Centers is so exemplary that I felt compelled to write.
In the years since I got my first hearing aids, I have visited many different providers Dr. Naim has been the absolute best of the lot.
