I have always had a wonderful experience at Audio Help. It starts with being welcomed at the front desk and continues with Dr. Woodson's professional and caring services with my hearing aids.
She is the best!!

But for a lovely receptionist, the visit was unpleasant: I wasn’t allowed to try the aids in the ear, Bin to see if they would help. I was told I could arrange monthly payments and, always having had perfect credit, I could Not arrange payment. Until this visit, I had always recommended the firm but; after this most recent visit,, I could not continue to do so!

Audio Help is notable for its warm and knowledgeable care givers, starting with support staff. I’m thankful to the lovely young woman who stepped in when the audiologist was detained, cleaned my hearing aids, fixed the app, and taught me how to use the buttons on my aids too. She also refilled my supplies.

Dr. Jessica Woodson is extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional in every way. I have been to Audio Help Hearing Centers many times. During each visit Dr. Woodson has been extremely helpful, and has answered all my questions patiently and expertly. Highly recommend Audio Help Hearing Centers.

WE have used Audio Help for many years. They are extremely generous withn the time they spend with you explaining your results and how to treat any problems you may be experiencing.

Very annoying

Another good Audio Help visit for my mother today. Always greeted with warmth and friendly smiles and today was no exception. Happy to see Jasmine, Page and Dr. Woodson who has helped my mother to hear much better. She can enjoy and participate in conversations and watch TV with her fabulous hearing aids made even more fabulous with their adjustment.

I got coffee in a very cold morning.

Dr Woodson provided excellent service to me this morning. She was clear about the status of my hearing with the hearing aidI have now and recommended that I consider an even better version that will be available soon.

As usual, when I called with a problem, they listened and fit me in to help. They try to please their clients and they do. Jasmine was especially helpful and cleaned my hearing aids and set up my appointment! Such a wonderful place! Thanks, Dr. Bravo!!
When I arrived for my appointment the next day with Dr. Gambino, I explained my problem and she took her time listening and then called Signia to get the complete instructions on setting up my remote. Everyone was so professional and helpful and I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Gambino made sure I understood how to use the remote and was told to call if I still had problems. I was so pleased knowing how to use the remote and now I need to go into public situations and test it. But I know, if I am not happy or have problems, help is just a phone call away. Thanks, Dr. Gambino!

Dr. Eduardo Bravo was just so wonderful and to the point. He also shed light on the current situation with the Phonak hearing aid in my left ear, which is functioning better. Most of all, he opened up the possibility of having a hybrid cochlear implant in the same ear to safeguard what remains of my hearing. The cochlear implant I received in 2020 in Brazil removed all hearing in my right ear, and I still struggle with the noise from the electronic processors. The possibility of preserving what little hearing I still have in my left ear has given me a burst of hope. I didn't know this hybrid implant was possible. Now I need the Langone Institute at NYU to schedule a consultation for me to discuss this. Thank you, Dr. Bravo.

Wht I look for in any health professional is
1. Do they know their stuff
2. Are they able and willing to help
3. Do I leave the office thinking it better than expected
All three of these are 5 star, first rate with Dr. Woodson and staff.

The receptionist is always very pleasant and ready to help regardless how busy she is . Dr Woodson is very caring and flexible and is a real pleasure to deal with

Good health care involves a number of parameters. 1. expertise 2. compassion 3. communication 4 kindness. ALL are delivered here and I thank Dr Bravo.

It was relatively easy to get an appointment on Zocdoc to see Dr. Woodson. I found the receptionist and Dr. Woodson to both be very accommodating and efficient which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Woodson was very helpful in making sure I understood the results of my hearing test which included sharing a visual on her computer monitor of a graph that had plotted my responses to the hearing test relative to what no hearing loss would look like. Dr. Woodson had a gentle approach when sharing her assessment of my test which was that I did have a modest loss of hearing and would benefit from wearing hearings aids.However in the moment, I am not in a position to cover the out of pocket costs. She was compassionate and understood the implications of having to pay out of pocket since most insurance companies don’t deem them to be essential medical devices and don’t cover the cost of which could be anywhere from $3,000-$8,000.
I felt well cared for by Dr. Woodson and will definitely follow up with her in the near future.

Everyone at Audio Help is always so kind and patient. Dr Woodson is so patient in walking me through the steps numerous times and of couse Jasmine at the front desk.

My doctor was so personable and really cared about my health history and my mild hearing loss and was very honest. It was a really good experience and even though I don't need a correction now I know they will be there for me when I do. I recommend this center highly.

Dr. Gambino is an exemplary professional in every respect. She is extremely competent, caring, and patient. Having had less than satisfactory hearing aid experiences from other providers in the past, Dr. Gambino is a breath of fresh air.

The professionalism and desire to help from the front desk person to Dr. Lucia Gambino are amazing. The front desk person was incredibly compassionate and made the appointment happen and the doctor went through every possible test items to diagnose my son’s condition.
I first tried calling the main number and talked to a less than average agent from the call center and decided to go to the office in person to request an appointment, don’t let the call center dissuade you from getting an appointment with Dr Lucia Gambino.

January 31, 2025: Yesterday I returned to Audio Help to pick up a set of new hearing aids. And once again, as she did several years ago, Dr Jessica Woodson comprehensively prepared them for me.
With Jessica you know you are in good hands. She's a star.

I saw Dr. Gambino for my first annual visit at which time she gave me a hearing test and recalibrated my hearing aids. She clearly answered my questions and gave me important information.
Dr. Gambino is highly skilled, very patient and kind. The office staff is very efficient and friendly.

jazmine was very helpful and successful in fixing my hearing aids by unclogging and cleaning them.. I really appreciated that.

I wanted to purchase your best widex hearing aids and despite getting approval from my insurance that Audio was in my network your dr sent me a email dissertation on the steps to take and indicated there would still be out of pocket costs( contrary to what I was told by the insurance company) I then sought several times to speak with the dr to clarify and all my requests were entirely ignored…..
Rather pursuing this further I’m happy to go elsewhere where the provider cares for its patients

I recommend Audio Help Center. Dr Gambino took the time to answer all my questions and to explain and demonstrate the workings of the system with patience and understanding.

My hearing aids were cleaned and I received a suggestion to have my ears professional cleaned as well. Also I was told NOT to use a qtip because it pushes wax into the ear. Good advice. Then the receptionist helped me make a call to the Dr. across the street for a cleaning. Great service.

I have excellent restored hearing from my Hearing aids thanks to the help and superb care and support of Dr Jessica Woodson at Audio Help. Over the counter hearing aids will amplify everything including things like chewing and hair moving which is very unpleasant. Dr Woodson has given me hearing aids designed to amplify only the frequencies I have trouble hearing which makes these hearing aids feel like my normal hearing is restored. I’ve been working with her for over 5 years and the service and care are excellent. Office staff lovely and most of all, I hear with precision from hearing aids designed specifically for my particular hearing issues.

I rarely write reviews but in this case I found it necessary. I believe this audio center is taking advantage of clients by over-charging patients for devices and justifying it by claiming to provide ongoing technical support. Please shop around before you engage with this company.

I have always enjoyed my visits to the Audio Help Hearing Center. I am never rushed or made to feel like a number in a long stream of the hearing impaired. They put me at ease in every respect, with consultations, testing, and explaining the test results in a conversational way that I can understand. After my purchase of Phonak hearing aids, I have been encouraged to return for follow up cleanings and testings to put me even more at ease! A top crew that you should hear about.
