Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very good audio test, she answered everyone of my questions, and picked out what hearing aid and what type of payment plan I can use. In and out in under an hour with great in-depth test results. Don’t bother with Westmed or an ENT, just come here!

Terrific appointment just Waiting to Hear back from Insurance thank you and have a nice holiday I received something from my insurance on the statement that said the hearing aids would be $7000 times two which would be 14,000 when I spoke to Laurie they were going to put on the insurance 8500 because I had purchased Hearing Aid from you before and you were going to give me a discount so I stopped by the office And somebody was supposed to call me at 3:15. It is now 420 and never heard back from anybody.

My visit with Dr. Espinosa went very well. The review of my hearing aids was explained well and the options were also clearly detailed.
Dr.Espinoza has a very calming presence about her. I explained the issues with my hearing aids, she listened and then she talked through in detail why I was experiencing the problems and then suggested a solution. Very helpful and kind.

Decided after 15 years it was time to have my hearing rechecked. Stopped in to see Dr Laura Espinoza at AudioHelp. She could not have been more helpful. I was even unexpectedly able to "test drive" a pair of hearing aids to see how I liked them.
Just wish Medicare would cover even a part of the cost, as they are quite expensive at 6K.

Laura Espinoza, the audiologist is a very good listener, and so far has been very helpful in identifying hearing aids that will work for me.
Laura took over as our Audiologist when our previous one retired. Her credentials are excellent and are reflected on her knowledge of multiple manufacturers. My husband and I both use Widex. Perhaps her most impressive characteristic is her patience with the need to adjust hearing aids for fit and programs. She is eager to do whatever is needed for optimal results. Her personality makes it possible to enjoy our interactions.

If there was a rating above hundred percent, I would give it to Dr. Laura Espinoza and the stuff at Audio help in Stamford. My 80 year old dad who is traveling from India never thought that he could get a hearing aid that was better than the Widex one he already had. He has the top most line that he bought in India.
Dr Laura thoroughly tested his hearing, and patiently proceeded to give us advice on the best device. She did not try to sell us an expensive equipment and, post purchase has been giving us very patient and kind service to help my dad get better acclimated to the new hearing aid. The device in itself is exceptional and has completely changed the way my dad interacts with people now.
I entered the whole search process with great trepidation, because I had never bought something so expensive from a medical establishment in the US. Very pleased and highly recommend this doctor and the audio help team in Stamford, CT to everyone.
